David has been with
Drake Mortgage since 1993 and has recently opened the Drake office in Seattle which he now
manages. He is a 1982 graduate of Arizona
State University and has worked in real estate and finance for 15 years.
Broad product knowledge and a commitment to service have allowed him to
consistently be one of Drake's top producers. One hundred percent of David's business comes from
the referrals of satisfied customers and real
estate professionals. His customers appreciate the ongoing commitment David makes
after their loan closes by
providing periodic interest rate updates and
sound advice as to when it may be appropriate to refinance to a lower rate, or to consolidate debt.
David is married and
lives on Queen Anne with his wife Terri, daughter Taylor, and son Christopher.
